If you have finished adding your movies in the shopping cart... please proceed for the payments. A valid credit card is required to pay for the download options. The Download fee will be charged only when you submit the valid credit card information to us. |

| Step 3: Get your License to play |

If your Payment is successful then you will be prompted to Download the License to your PC on next step. |

| Step 4: Download the movies |

on your same PC from where you made your purchase.

| REQUIREMENTS FOR DOWNLOADING MOVIES: |
You have to only ensure that you have proper Internet connectivity & High speed Bandwidth connection to ensure a smooth download of movies. Using Internet Explorer Browser is a must. Microsoft recommends using Internet Explorer 7 and higher for downloading files bigger than 1 GB.
OR In addition you can use your favourite download tools like 'Getright', 'Speedbit' etc.. for faster execution if you have IE 6.0
License Delivery requires a DRM Add-on to be installed into your browser.
If the Add-on is not present on your browser the system will automatically prompt you to download the Add-on from Microsoft, either via a popup or from a yellow bar that appears at the top of the page between the browser buttons and this page. Please accept the OK button on the Pop up to get it installed.
Or you can manually Install a "DRM ActiveX Network Object" from Microsoft site if you feel it unsafe due to any security reasons.
Currently, On Demand does not support the MAC platform. |

| HOW DO I GET LICENSE DELIVERED? |
LICENSE DELIVERY: If the payment is successful, you will receive the Successful Payment message and "DOWNLOAD" button to receive the License from Erosentertainment.
Click on the "DOWNLOAD" button... to proceed to Next Step for receiving the "Movie License" from Eros.
Click on the "Get License" link.. the next screen will show as
"Your license has been delivered, Kindly download the file to view the content"
right click on the download links and select save target as to Save the movies on your PC.
If your License is not delivered to your PC then you wont be able to watch the movie.
In any case your Internet connectivity is lost or you Logged out of your system...without getting the License delivered, Please log in again and Go To My Account > Purchase history from there you can see the Get License link which you can avail.

| I AM UNABLE TO WATCH MOVIE? |
| Movie Does not play: If you have downloaded the movie and it doesnt play then please re-check if the PC requirement is met and the License is delivered successfully on your PC. If still you are unable to play then please open your Ticket in the Customer Support and we will respond to your queries. |

| WILL I GET REFUND IF THE MOVIE IS NOT PLAYED? |
Terms Relating to Refunds:
If you purchase a movie and are unable to view your selected film(s), please contact customer service. We will work with you to try to solve your problem. If we are unable to do so we will refund your purchase. *NB: Refund will be done only if the License is not delivered to your PC. |

| CAN I OWN A MOVIE IF I DOWNLOAD? |
Eros has provided 2 options for downloading:
a. Download to Own
b. Download to Rent
Download To Own:Allows you to watch for an unlimited time on the PC where you downloaded the content. i.e. the DRM licence does not expire. However you cannot distribute the movie to anyone.
Download to Rent: Currently, each film is available to you for either 48 hours, depending upon the film, from the time that you start watching the film. We reserve the right to change the time period with respect to future films but will not change the time period with respect to films that you have already paid for. You can watch the movie whenever you want, Maximum 10 times as you want during the authorized time period (i.e. 48 hours). After that time, if you want to watch the movie, you will have to pay the Rental fee again.
A valid credit card is required to pay for the Download To Rent Content. The fee for the Download To Rent Content will be charged only when you submit the credit card information to us. You are required to read the Download Instructions & the PC requirements before making the purchase.
Download offerings are available at different price points as set forth on the Site. Eros reserves the right to change those prices at any time. At any event, whatever the price, it will always be clearly marked on the launch page for the film and clearly marked when you enter your credit card information.
Eros International reserves the right to terminate, cancel, change or modify the License rule at any time, with or without notice to you. However the license purchased by you will not be changed. |

DOWNLOAD AND WATCH LATER: Allows you to save the video file to your PC and watch later at your convenience. The encoding is at a much higher level and hence the file is much larger than a streaming file to provide better quality. You have option to choose the location to save the downloaded content to your PC, (please note this location for future reference). After the file has been downloaded successfully, you can click on the file and it will play inside the Windows Media Player.
System Requirement: Windows Media Player 10 or higher
NB: DRM license's 48 hours only starts when you play the movie inside Windows Media Player. You can play maximum of 10 times during the 48 hours (note it can be only for a few seconds but that will trigger the countdown). If the time has expired and you click the file to play again, a License Acquisition page displays which allows you to make another license purchase. |
DOWNLOAD TO OWN: Allows you to watch for an unlimited time on the PC where you downloaded the content i.e. the DRM licence does not expire.
System Requirement: Windows Media Player 10 or higher
NB: The downloaded files cannot be copied on any other PC or burn on DVD/CD. It has to be viewed on the same PC where you have downloaded the content.
